THYME GLAZE FOR POULTRY, FISH OR PORK

1 tsp. Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsp. Onion, finely chopped

2 Oranges, juice of (preferably blood oranges)

1/2 cup Orange Marmalade

2 Tbsp. Lucinda’s® Fresh Thyme (leaves removed from stem)

 

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes. Use as a basting sauce for meats. Sprinkle a few fresh thyme leaves over dish just before serving.
