SPICY SAGE MARINADE FOR CHICKEN

1/4 cup Lucinda’s® Fresh Sage

1/4 cup Lucinda’s® Fresh Marjoram leaves

4 tsp. Lime Juice

8 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 cloves Garlic

1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce

1 tsp. Salt

 

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend thoroughly. Marinate chicken mixture for at least an hour (overnight if possible) before grilling.
