SPAGHETTI WITH ARUGULA, GRAPE TOMATOES AND GARLIC BREAD CRUMBS

1/2 cup Garlic Bread Crumbs

1 cup Grape Tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise

1 pkg. Lucinda’s® Fresh Arugula, finely chopped

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan-Reggiano Cheese

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 lb. Dried Spaghetti

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Cook spaghetti per directions. When it is tender but still slightly chewy, drain spaghetti. In a large bowl, combine spaghetti, olive oil, tomatoes, cheese, bread crumbs, and arugula. Add salt and pepper to taste.
