3 cloves Garlic, crushed

2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, fresh

4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 Tbsp. Lucinda’s® Fresh Rosemary Leaves (no stems), chopped finely

4 Whole Chicken Breasts


Combine first 4 ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Grill or bake chicken until juices of chicken run clear when pricked with a fork.

Makes 4 servings.
