PUMPKIN SEED TOPPING FOR MUFFINS

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup oats

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

pinch of salt

2 tablespoons butter

2 ounces pumpkin seeds, toasted

 

In a bowl, use a fork to combine the flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until small clumps form.

Sprinkle over muffins before baking.

Note: Any leftover topping may be frozen.
