OREGANO TOMATOES

4 Tomatoes, large

2 oz. Butter

1 Tbsp. Lucinda’s® Fresh Oregano, chopped

1 Garlic Clove

2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated

 

Cut the tomatoes in half horizontally and place in a shallow oven-safe dish. Beat the butter with the oregano, garlic, pepper, salt, and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Spread the mixture over the cut side of each tomato. Broil the tomatoes under medium heat for about 5 minutes until the topping is just turning golden brown. Salt and Pepper to taste.
