MOROCCAN ORANGE SALAD

6          navel oranges, peeled and sliced lettuce leaves
1          tablespoon orange flower water
2          tablespoons lemon juice
1          tablespoon honey
1/2      teaspoon cumin nutmeg, chopped mini sprigs, for garnish

Line 6 plates with lettuce leaves.

Cut the orange slices in half and fan out over the lettuce.

Mix the orange flower water, lemon juice, honey and cumin. Pour over the orange slices.

Grate nutmeg over each and garnish with chopped mint.

Serves 6
