MANGO-MELON SALSA

1/2 cup mango, peeled and diced

1/2 cup melon, peeled and diced

1 tablespoon basil leaves, chopped

1 tablespoon mint leaves, chopped

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1/2 tablespoon honey

 

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Let stand at room temperature 1/2 hour to blend flavors.
