1 cup jicama sticks, diced
1 cup mango, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons mint/eaves, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vitregal’
1 tablespoon honey
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Let stand at room temperature 112 hour to blend flavors. Garnish with mint sprigs
