GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH FRESH THYME

2 tablespoons peanut oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

2 garlic cloves

salt and pepper·, to taste

2 boneless chicken breasts

 

Mix oil, lemon juice, thyme and garlic.

Place chicken in shallow dish and cover with mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill. Place chicken on a preheated grill and cook until done. About 6-7 minutes each side. Chicken breasts are done when juices run clear.
