Excellent served with fish.

2       tablespoons macadamia nuts
2      garlic cloves
4      tablespoons cilantro leaves
2      tablespoons lime juice
2       tablespoons sesame oil, or olive oil
1       dash hot pepper oil, optional

Place the macadamia nuts, garlic cloves, cilanto leaves and lime juice in a food processor. Process until a finely chopped.

Add the oil slowly, blending until a paste is formed. Serves 6
