4 Chicken Breasts, Boneless
2 oz. Butter, softened
2Tbsp. Lucinda’s® Fresh Chervil, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix chervil and seasoning into softened butter and spread evenly onto chicken breasts. Place in an oven-safe dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes until brown. Serve with rice pilaf.
