BASIL PESTO

2 pkgs. Lucinda’s® Fresh Basil Leaves (no stem)

3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated

2 cloves Garlic, crushed

1/4 cup Pine Nuts

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Toss with warm, cooked pasta for a simple and delicious dinner.

Makes 2 servings.
